Imke's guarantee gives its customers the assurance that all products are manufactured with a high standard of quality, giving them the confidence of an efficient and proper operation of the same, we have the necessary technology and comply with strict international quality standards in the manufacturing industry and marketing of porcelain sanitary ware, faucets, bathtubs, showers and spare parts.
Warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects, from the date of purchase of the product, in accordance with the periods enclosed:
•Sanitary Ceramics: Lifetime in operation and finish of sanitary ceramics.
•Metal faucets: 8 years warranty on product performance.
•Plastic faucets: 3 months warranty on product performance.
•Flexible hoses: Ten (10) years.
•Toilet spare parts: Two (2) years. These are the internal/external parts of the faucet, which are exposed to natural wear and tear due to use and are acquired as replacements, for preventive maintenance and/or replacement of parts. For example: cartridges, aerators, handles, gaskets, kitchen spouts, hand showers, hoses.
•Faucet spare parts: Two (2) years. These are the internal/external parts of the faucet, which are exposed to natural wear due to use and are acquired as replacements, for preventive maintenance and/or replacement of parts. Warranty rights:
When the warranty applies, the company will repair the product free of charge, if this is not possible, the company may replace the product with another equivalent or refund the consumer the price paid for it.Procedure to enforce the warranty: The claim must be made through the merchant from whom the purchase was made. The purchase invoice must be presented to exercise the warranty.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not apply when there are aggressive environmental conditions; if the product is modified with non-original parts, if damage is caused by accidents, and other damage not attributable to a manufacturing defect. Does not apply to installation errors or damage caused by abrasive cleaners.
